Psychological support online

For who we’re working?

Our audience is clients from all over the world. The method we’re practicing called “Co-experiencing psychotherapy” or CEP.
Our method is a branch of a big tree, non-directional psychotherapy, which includes many other methods, f.e., internationally renowned person-centered approach and focusing.

Self-discovering and inner transformation

Understanding is a key result and, at the same time, main purpose of client’s process of activity to “live through” experience. And this process can’t be successfully completed without “cultural tools”, the most important of which is language.

So, the force of culture is concentrated in words, speaking during the time of therapy session, and with force on his side, the client (and the bearer of the culture of the same time) gets ability to change himself. Thus, meanings, symbols and images, which are deeply connected with words, are the very powerful tool and key to self-discovering and inner transformation.
Our international center provides psychological support and guidance to people who recently immigrated and are experiencing difficulties with adaptation, loss, stress, emotional and behavioral challenges. We also help people who have been living in a foreign country for a long time.

Not only do we work with non-religious individuals, but we also provide services to religious people, because within the field of CEP exists the branch called "Orthodox-oriented psychotherapy", and that branch is based on Christian beliefs and values.

4 types of human experiences

As a psychotherapeutic method, CEP has some unique characteristics. Despite the fact it has clear anthropological and philosophical foundations and frames, CEP is also capable to “adopt” effective techniques from other therapies and successfully integrate them into its practice. This is made possible through the concept of four different types of human experiences: directly emotional, realistically active, value-moral, and creative.
So, CEP can use as a tool some effective techniques from another psychotherapeutic approaches to help the client to “live through” actual difficulties.

For example, if a client has difficulty with realistically active type of experiencing, therapist may use technique from training methods, which allows to clarify key goals or to achieve results.

To enhance the client's understanding of their life and to assist them in understanding their purpose or sense of self-determination during a crisis, the psychotherapist can offer to write an essay about the client's life, which is a technique used in narrative psychotherapy.
