I am a professional psychologist who has been advising adult clients, as well as children and adolescents for more than 10 years.

For me, psychological counseling is not only helping people solve their difficulties, but also a space of deep scientific interest. It is important for me to know the laws by which the psyche functions, to understand what is a mental illness and which conditions are not. To see which mechanisms, attitudes, and patterns of behavior may be the cause of the client's difficulties.

The range of my interests in the profession focuses on the one hand in working with adult clients. I help to cope with depression, severe emotional states, and panic attacks. I also accompany clients with clinical diagnoses of mental disorders. I help in matters of communication, family, partnership, child-parent relations.

On the other hand, my interests are localized around children and teenagers. In my consulting work, I help not only children, but their parents to cope with a variety of difficulties. Among them are difficulties in parent-adolescent contact, low self-esteem of the child, work with trauma, behavioral difficulties of children, unstable emotional background of the child. I have been taking children into remote work since I was 11 years old. Counseling of parents is possible regarding interaction with children of any age.

Thanks to the experience of active work with children and its analysis, my monograph "Methodological and theoretical foundations of understanding therapy with children and adolescents" was published. I am also a teacher of author's training programs on children's understanding psychotherapy and the author of a number of scientific articles on the subject of psychological counseling and work with experience.
