Refund Rules of the "Support" Psychological Center

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

At "Support" Psychological Center, we strive to provide exceptional online psychological consulting services. Please review our refund policy to understand the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

Cancellations Before Scheduled Sessions
  • You may request a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
  • If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will not be refunded.
Dissatisfaction with Services
  • If you are unsatisfied with your session, please contact us within 7 days. Refund requests for dissatisfaction will be reviewed individually and may result in a replacement session or a partial refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
  • Refunds are not provided for technical issues on the client’s side (e.g., internet or device problems).
  • Refunds are not issued for sessions where the service was successfully delivered.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please reach out to us at refund@psy-support.org with the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Session date and time
  • Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your case and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may incur additional charges.
